Overall, good results.  The only thing troubling me is the nearly $10 million success fee they paid out in the quarter.  This was why cash went down by $5 million instead of going up by $5 million.  Does anyone know if this is the end of these payments?  I did see a $7 million accrual for future payments on the Dec. 31st Accounts Payable that is now
but I'm unsure what it was at March 31st.  Can anyone comment on this?
