What part of "preliminary work" is so hard for many posters to grasp? Nit picking over partial results that were only meant to confirm that they've hit water as if it's the full hydrology study makes no sense. If your worried then don't invest until everything is in including the Feasibility study. Just don't expect to be paying the same price as now.
