The deadline for Mr. George's report may be calculated as August 14, due to Canada's Civic Holiday on Mon. August 6, a day that the Canadian markets are closed, according to Fraser Fleming, a BGM spokesman.   I mention this because of several posts stating the date as Aug. 13.
