Unfortunately when it comes to Brixton's proxy you can only 'vote for' or 'abstain' (withhold your vote) which means that even if he gets minimal votes he'll still be the president as there is no other choices to vote for. Unless you and/or other shareholders get your own proxy out before the company puts theirs out (with some new choices of directors of course) it won't accomplish removing RS from being the president..sad but true.
Not sure if this counts or not but the company never had an AGM last year (yes they are a year late)...which would make them due for two AGM's....not sure if they can do two (AGM's) in one meeting...does anyone else know the answer to this....please advise.
I'm all for taking a run at the company...it just needs to be done the right way!
