i don't see why they wouldn't take them out on the cheap ... 3m knows all the info, to and from tos and the fda. it is about as close to being in the data room of tos as anyone. a 40% premium would net about 1.50; not bad if they can get it. the only saving graces are that it is pretty tightly held and there was mention of discussions of another possible channel partner ... who could turn out to be a white knight, if things were to go that way. glta
