RE:now symbol vmv after 1 for 40 r/s "so now what?" The news release for the PP of 4m shares for 600,000.00 states "The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital." That mean's CD will secure his salary for two more years. If someone is willing to invest 600,000.00, thus doubling the O/S then they value VMV @ 1.2m. Can someone please tell me what VMV has that is worth 1.2m.
