Sophia-S-1 testing Yes or No?? Sent this to IR will let you know what the relpy is!! Not had any reply to the previous three emails asking this question; I suggest we all email Sophia Shane: email sophias@namdo.com
For goodness sakes Sophia, A little Common courtesy please, a simple question; will we be testing S-1 after S-N???
That's what has been stated all along, A simple yes or no surely would not hurt!
Best regards

Dear Sophia,
Please can you clarify the situation regarding Shabeel 1 well. The latest RMP RNS now excludes the statement that Shabeel 1 will be tested once Shabeel North well is complete. Is it still the intention to test Shabeel 1 irrespective of the outcome of Shabeel North. If so why change the wordinig of the RNS? If not, why not state it in the RNS?
The reply recd this morning from RMP:
The simple answer is that a decision to re-enter Shabeel1 and test has not yet been made. That decision will be based on the petrophysical analysis of the logs and will be announced to the market in due course.
This is an extract from the 22/06/2012 RNS:
The Shabeel North well is targeting Upper Cretaceous Jesomma sands, which had
good oil and gas shows in the Shabeel-1 well 3.5 kilometers to the south.
Petrophysical analysis of downhole electrical logs in the Shabeel-1 well
indicated a potential pay zone in the Jesomma of up to 12 to 20 meters with an
average porosity of 18 to 20%. Upon completion and testing of the Shabeel North
well, the rig will move back to Shabeel-1 to flow test the identified Jesomma
sands.
So on 22nd June "...the rig will move back to Shabeel-1 to flow test..." but now "...the decision...has not been made...".
I am not invested in either RMP or RRL, but I am invested in AOI/HRN therefore Please can you give me the companies response to the above. I like many others are slowly becoming disillusioned with the NR's not stacking up.
A reply would be greatly appreciated.
