RE: RE: RE: RE: Are we there yet? Again, Jim you miss the point...large. First, I did ask the leader, I posted the response, I would much rather be direct about it. Second, I am certainly not complaining, it is called critical thinking, you should try it sometime instead of merely getting splinters from the bandwagon.
Third, I have a very large investment in this company and I intend to protect my interests.
Fourth, I am a partner in a company and I am held to timelines on a daily basis, with tough consequences for missing them. That is not the debate for me....you have missed this. It is about the state of communication from management and the lack of respect for our investment support along the way. It is taking our bagholding for granted while others bail out on the stock. If you don't get that, you probably never will and I will stop trying.
With regards to the date of the PEA....if Gary makes a statement regarding a specific date that he announces as a timeline, which he did with June 7 for the PEA, this should be considered a public statement by a CEO of a company and it becomes part of the public release and he should be accountable to what he says as a CEO in a forum such as a speech. If later it becomes problemmatic to achieve this timeline, there should simply be a communication from the company explaining what has taken place. Plain and simple. If you see that as an issue, maybe you are on the payroll as some here suggest!
