No, the irony is that you think you're smart. You've actually complimented me when you used the term ironic. That term is often misused in place of sarcastic. Ironic means to "pretend ignorance" and of "willingness to learn from another assumed in order to make the other’s false conceptions conspicuous by adroit questioning". But then again, you knew that being so smart.....  ....Hey, how's the money coming along 1$.44 million for the MRT property? How about calling your neighbor. Last time a piece came up for sale I heard he bought it for $157,000.00 - for a shack? Then put another $50,000.00 into it remodeling juts for for friends to use... Paid for it out of his check book I understand... Back when the economy sucked... Must be nice to have that kind of money. Not me, I'm broke and just an hourly wage kind of person. You guys always think I'm that other guy... time will tell.....
