BioExx still has Minot on their web site, for what its worth:

A second BioExx Canola Protein Isolate production facility is in design and engineering stages for construction in Minot, North Dakota. With double the capacity of the Saskatoon site, it will improve capacity and the stability of supply.  The project will be partially funded with assistance of Minot Area Development Corporation and will be located in the Minot Ag-Park.  North Dakota produces approximately 90% of the Canola in the United States of America with an anticipated planting of upto 1.2 million acres for 2012 placing the site in the heart of American Canola production.
