RE: Hrattle Stop posting on MGP and KBG!!!

Thanks Zamnat for posting points that needed to be said.

I also am behind management of both KBG and MGP. They are in fact acting in an appropriate manner under these difficult circumstances.

Both companies have very significant property portfolios and they must take whatever steps necessary to ride through this storm.

Unfortunately we will always have a segment of society that will choose to focus themselves on the negatives and overlook the positives.

One can always twist the facts to suit ones motivation and or agenda but that seldoms serves anyone, including themselves.

As you and I recently discussed on the phone if Mega's BOD made the bad move to not complete the acquisition of the Headway, we both know who would likely step up and provide the cash to KBG to complete the hole.

I think that Jim likely still believes that the risk reward at the Headway is justified to continue but Mega is like everyone else having to make tough decisions in order to protect it's other more advanced assets.

When it is all said and done in a couple of months it is the BOD that will make this tough decision not Jim.

Either way it is a win win situation for KBG.
