AM's current contract with Ford expires in July 2014.

Another 3 year extension is currently in the final stages of negotiation with Ford.

Large share buyback just announced should be very good for the share price.

 

MMT does not need a share buyback to boost its share price.

Its asset value is way  below the current market cap and investors are now beginning to see this value.
