Lostalot, that make sense for your scenario #2. Let calculate that MK has around 60M shares right now of the 320M OS so around 260M shares left to take over BAJ. Other are big stakeholders as LD (and they have a lawsuit against Baj). We are under 0,20$ for just a couple of weeks now. Time is running out and if MK wants to be almost sure to have all shareholders to let their shares go, I believe MK must offer AT LEAST 0,35$  per shares or 240Mx 0,40$ around 100M$ for all the common shares of Baja don't owned by MK...

 

Here's my take, takeover around 0,38 to 0,42$ per share will be proposed... I may be wrong but if they really want it, they can't offer a low ball... Sand's dropping...
