I would add that if really a takeover is in progress right now, we shouldn't see a nickel ever again IMO.

 

It would make sense now about the NI43-101 that if MK is going to make a bid on Baja and try to get the 70% of MMB by that process in the coming days, that report would help them to try raising funds with allies to cover the remaining costs of the overrun.... knowing that NI43-101 often (always) upgrade the ressources.
