It is as simple as ...the market conditions at this time have created a situation where even good companies can find it unatractive to raise exploration cash...especially when you need a lot of exploration cash.

simple answer...use available funds on projects that will provide additional resources for monies spent.

that is why Mega is spending their monies at NM and MB and Headway must be set aside for a time when monies are more plentiful.

the only question now is can Mega bite the bullet and issue the shares to complete the acquisition?

or does the BOD make the decision to drop the option.

my hope is they drop the option.

because I believe that someone will step up and take the risk that the Headway is what some believe it can be and will step up to finish the hole.

finishing the hole is a reasonable gamble.

attracting more monies to do sister holes will depend on the outcome of finishing the hole.

high risk sometimes can result in high return
