CEC hasn't satisfied anyone to date.  They have declared nothing and the guidelines published have been roundly criticized by expert reviewers hired by Coalwatch, the BC Shellfish Growers Association, and the Alberni Environmental Coalition.

 

This is not NIMBYism.  This is a philosophical fight about where we how we should be creating jobs in the 21st century.
