The Company’s Neita Concession encompasses 21,031 hectares (ha) of the Tireo Formation, a thick sequence of intermediate volcanic and volcanoclastic rocks produced by island arc volcanism that are highly prospective for Porphyry Cu and Cu-Au deposits; High to low sulphidation Au and Au-Ag epithermal deposits, and Volcanogenic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn deposits. Its Candelones Project is located south of the town of Restauracion in the northwestern Dajabon Province of the Dominican Republic. Its Candelones oxide gold deposit is within the 100% owned Neita Fase II exploration concession located in Dajabon province, in the northwest part of the Dominican Republic.

I found this post from me in october 2009.

Most of the shares are owned by institution & management just look at the power point presentation on the company's website. Shairco 33% ,PowerOne capital, Sheldon Inwentash group ,Sprott assets management and Firebird funds. Investors + management Daniel Danis, Jeseph Acero Ignacio Mining minister of Dominican Republic , Adrian Etanie, Edmond Saahdah. At that time there were 85M shares from the last 2 financing you can ad Clarus, Dundee and Steifel Nicolaus.

But the old power point presentation is not available. Here's the new presentation. It states about no income taxes & royalty till 2024.
