RE: unbelievable amount of bs

RE: unbelievable amount of bs

There are not any bashers here, luckily there are only a hand full of pumpers left here.  Those who have a negative veiw of things, are not bashers, just folks posting there honest opinions.  Why would anyone be trying to drive the price lower, the company is on the brink.  Better to be honest than to sit with your head in the sand in a state of denial.  We have one long term poster who has pumped the stock from 4.90 right down to 55 cents, he can never see a problem, all is always good with ML, he sees the good in every cost overrun, breakdown, and failure to achieve.

However, if you look at these optomistic posts you will see the posters has not read the FS and has no basic understanding of the situation.  Some things to remember.  ML is required to maintain a minimum cash balance, ML is not allowed to dispose of certain assests without the constent of the debt holders, and they are likely the highest cost moly-copper producer still in production.  The Mexico projects are by no means world class, the Creston project does not appear to be viable at current metal prices.  They are not able to proceed with any of these projects right now....but just look at what they gave up in order to maintain their debt...It is unclear whether they can even take any additional debt on, look at the new loan provisions.  As far as disposing these assets, first remember they are worth almost nothing in terms of cash value and ML is restricted from disposing of their assets, the exact details have not been fully disclosed to the public.
