Value1008, yes the chart for ORT looks like a classic mining co. We are in the development phase at this point, and should be ready to ramp higher later this year with all the milestones,  jv's, offtakes, etc adding to the market interest.

At some point, I expect market perception for ORT to transition from mining co into high tech. The p/e ratios for high tech sector are going to apply here, giving ORT a robust valuation.
