...shortly after this news release the market situation turned...

Once again you can't tell the truth. The market had been bad for juniors long before this NR yet MGP had raised $10m just before this NR, the shareprice went on to rise from mid-40's to 70 cents after this NR.  It all went disasterous for MGP when they decided to raise another $15m and then suspended work at Headway - sending a clear signal that Headway could be worthless. The decision to bilk the market for $15m is what destroyed shareholder value as I warned and commented on at the time.

I hope the Mega board returns the Headway to KBG.

A double edged sword for MGP shareholders - save the dilution or put up a smoke screen that Headway is worth something. If they are going to drop it they should do so before the final payment (if there is no penalty).

KBG will drop further if MGP after wasting millions on drilling three holes decide it is not worth $1m to own the property. MGP won't do that unless they are absolutely certain the property is worthless.

I expect MGP to take up the option.
