RE: Baja Appoints New Directors

RE: Baja Appoints New Directors

Reverse takeover to be scheduled?

Consortium may conclude the Stage I financing without issues. Although, once stage II financing is engaged, Mount Kellett might offer a takeoverbids for the remaining shares of Baja for the 40% of MMB.

Though, I found something very interesting with the appointment of one of those directors. If everything is right, I believe Baja will do a reverse takeover and Mounk Kellett couldn't be the one to take the offer unless they pay for. Actually, if it's the right guy, Ross Glainville is found to be the president of Ross Glainville & Associates LTD. They can offer their opinions on the evaluation of the fair market value of Baja before Baja find someone interesting to buying it!

Here's a report that Ross Glainville & Associates LTD provided to Sangdong Mining Corporation about their Fair Market Value: https://www.woulfemining.com/i/pdf/SangdongValuation.pdf

All of this my opinion but that would make sense.
