I'm not so sure about the V being such a drag, LEG moved to the TSX a couple of years ago and since then short positions have strangled this stock from $17 down to $6.  I've read positive after positive literature on RPL and LEG, yet both stocks remain locked in what seems to be "extreme value" territory.  I think they eventually go upward but much patience is needed to wait them out.  Frustrating, to say the least.....
