All matters were approved, including the approval of a 5 into 1 share consolidation and a change of name to Sunrise Resources Ltd.
The re-elected directors are Irvin Eisler, Kirk Reed, Doug James, and Steven Simonyi-Gindele. Rob Shives resigned as a director shortly before the AGM on July 31, 2012.
A filing has been made with the TSX Venture Exchange in respect of the share consolidation and change of name. These matters are expected to be effective within a couple of days. The effective date and new trading symbol will be announced by the Exchange.
