Probably because this "deal" to sell Deal of the Day is complete fiction.
Reasons to believe the deal exists:
- One post on Stockhouse says it happened.
Reasons to disbelieve:
- It is extremely unlikely that Yellow Media would make a deal to dispose of one of their assets while they are trying to get approval for a restructuring.
- No news outlet or web site other than Stockhouse has said anything about the deal.
