Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Matt, EDR has @100M shares outstanding. AUN has @460M shares out. FR also has @115M shares out. Hecla has @300M shares and trades at 4.71 today. There is no doubt that we should be trading at around $2.50 based on what we know right now, but we don't have the track record that EDR and FR have. That may be weighing on the SP as well. The elephant in the room, though, is close to 500M shares outstanding for AUN. We are not "going to the moon", no matter how good the grades and throughput, until that number is dealt with. Be glad we have held up during the summer silly season. That's because we DO have the goods and the execution on Shafter and LN.
