You would think that people wouldn wait to wanna drill a high impact well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the most ridiculous statement ive ever heard! HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM..................Maybe the the corporate strategy was to go after all the low impact wells first! Who writes this stuff and do they realize how ridiculuous this sounds? Well maybe since they buy companies like Stimsol when they aquire there 2 fast food franchises they will have a high impact KFC and a low impact KFC.
