Savitr is selling this thing down to get cheaper shares, and yes, making it more lucrative to any potential suitors, but at the expense of existing WND shareholders. Also, I don't believe the utilities can buy up the shares now as that may be a conflict of interest and possibly insider trading activity as if the utility goes in knowingly they will ensure the purchase, they can use Savitr to drive the price down to garner enough shares and dictate at what premium WND would sell all of its assets.
