RE: Backlogs and accounts receivable

I'm thinking that accounts recievable is the turd in the punch bowl here.  There are some governments in Europe and in the United States who are YEARS behind in their accounts payable.  There are a lot of insiders who own this stock, so if there is a turd in the punch bowl, they are going to be the ones to smell it first.
