RE: RE: Endeavour on a buying spree

RE: RE: Endeavour on a buying spree

EDV (Endeavour) drops to $1.92/share this morning, hence the takeover price for AVR is 0.365 EDV share = $.70....hence AVR is trading right now at $.66, up a measly 10 cents for 18% gain..... now, that is not 56% premium?!

.

wow, that is the danger of a takeover not by cash, but by stocks of the acquirer?!

.

EDV, please do not come here to take over VTR using stocks and do not offer just 50% premium?!   since it will be very toxic for you to swallow..... the poison pills VTR has in place to prevent a lowball offer?!    Come in with cash offer $2.50 - $3.00/share, then maybe VTR investors will listen.....

.

Maybe EDV should look at ORE instead?!

.
