Sprott & Sentry orchestrated this deal so they must like what they see over at EDV. Of course I have not looked at how much stock either holds in EDV so although it may be benificial to these institutions it might not be for retail.

EDV SH's do not like it because of the dilution & more African Risk as seen by the sell off of EDV shares.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that if Sprott & Sentry wanted this deal especially after demonstrating how unhappy they were with management before the last AGM then maybe it's a cheapest way to oust management.

Myself I think the deal stinks,not enough in it for SH's. That said I will vote NO but I have zero illusions that if institutions want this deal to go through it will.
