RE: RE: Math Hi,
trying to understand how to not overpay for warrants
You also receive .375 of a warrant per common share Bridgeport owned. Bridgeport shares are the only shares that will receive warrants in the new company [e.g. not either of the two Bridgeport warrants already commonly traded, and not PG Premier Gold common shares.]
.375 warrant for each get 1 share owned ??
or
for 4 currently held bridgeport shares
is it .375 per current bridgeport share or rolled up 1/4 new bridgeport share
divide your bridgeport shares by 4
times .50 = paying $2.00 for newco which has proposed new issue price of $1.40
I have a genuine positive interest in the warrants please explain it to me why paying .50 is value
thank you
