This one is a bit hard to believe So at the point a junior resource company goes into production the focus is operations and requires someone with a real good sense of what needs to be done. That means lots of practical experience. This will make or break the operation if it is not idiot proof.
Right now that most important position (Chief Operating Officer/VP Operations) is not occupied by anyone according to the website - see the link below. To me, this really says a lot....
