If it costs them $45 million to save a few hundred million (to be able to buy back MTN's or not have to give 82.5% of the company away) would it still not be very smart in your book? I'm not saying that that is what's going on, but if their plan was to "waste" this $45 million in order to get the banks to ease their stance on YLO's restrictions/limitations then it would actually be a very smart move in my book.
