Could it be that this issue is not a material change.  Dahhh!

The patent and anything associated with it are obviously public knowledge.  Why would the company have to issue a PR each time a revision is made to a patent ... we still have a fully patented invention / apparatus. 

The problem is your interpretation of these events.  You make negative comments about someting you know nothing about ... sadly you are looking very foolish and idiotic.  To suggest that the BOD and/or management is incompetent is absurd!

My trust is with the BOD and management people and not with some anonymous flunky poster sitting (hiding) behind a computer screen working in his own best interest ... if you now what I mean.
