PennWest selling 1.5 billion in non core assets because of too much debt....they were never going to be interested in aquiring WestFire...makes you wonder what Ed the chairman (WFE) was talking about at the intro to the last meeting where he said the data room was being kept open due to very high interest.??not likely...more like nobody was checking it out.....BB28
