RE: As the world turns...

.. oh golly to funny,

now we have sultana crackers posting soap opera episodes cause you seem to have a childs understanding of business and your post is truly funny SIPy garbage,

i will expose your ignorance is one simple way you posted this garbage:

,<<I wish to clarify that he is on the compensation BOARD... what you posted is a lie, no more no less, he sits on the compensation committee, check the filings.  and making such a basic error proves you know nothing (or next to or less than nothing) about Boards and Committees and the differences.

the rest of your post is well crackerish..

and PS savitr is IMO doing what they should in the timeframe they should do it, the AGM is the best time for shareholders to make such an important choice.

.. and PPS i hope the WND BoD get real and make a deal with savitr dissidents, i suggest WND give three seats to savitr, (and that savitr directors hold chair positions on all committees and most importantly audit and compensation), remove jeffy from the BoD (but keep him as CEO) and get about actually selling the company. but like so many before them i believe WND BoD will be beligerent and not negotiate an appropriate end.
