Why were so many shares tendered when the board was advising shareholders against it?

Something doesnt seem right about this?

 

Whats next for Oro?

Share price will be 6 cents or less in a couple weeks is my guess..................

Luckily i bought a spare shirt as shareholders are about to lose the one they are wearing.
