RE: Decisions

RE: Decisions

It's all common sense what you think Sellpubs. And that's maybe why Korean are going forward step by step toward production. They want copper, not to be miners. I really believe that manner of working with MMB lenders is in order to let time to Baja to find a real mining company to takeover baja to put thru the necessary fundings. The cash Koreans is injecting is cash they were have to draw for the overruns anyway and if they don't fund the whole 90M$ of stage I, all the proprietary reverses and Koreans come down to 30% and Baja at 70% so at the end of this month, Baja may be taken over for the entire 70% of MMB UNTIL KOREANS FEED THE LAST DOLLAR TO FUNDINGS.

Did anyone notice that if Koreans don't put the whole 90M$ in stage I and they get back to 30%, they won't have their cash refund?! Very interesting...

It doesn't make anysense that management at BAJA just let it go this value for 0$ into the hands of Koreans. If they can't raise cash to keep our 70%, they must sell our MMB ownership rather to give it freely. I'm sure other mining corporation would give a hard bid to acquire this 70%, at a finger to be ready for production and all the licenses acquired as well as customers for the final elements... No one mining company in it's right mind would let pass this opportunity...

Expect only that final :  Takeover on the way or reverse takeover...  The question is when.... When we're still at 70% owners or 49%... All depends of what Koreans want and how far Baja doesn't want to give that ownership for free.... Maybe all is already written and time was the only thing to buy right now, the reason for all that pitiful scenerio...
