Purity analysis- battery powders

Purity analysis- battery powders

A couple weeks  ago Larry Reaugh stated they are currently awaiting the analysis results on the powders and Mike Macleod at a later point stated talks are on-going with strategic partnerships parties.

I would submit that it is very likely that the results of battery powder analysis are currently part an parcel of NDA's in place during the negotiations with the party/parties involved.

Before anybody gets riled up about that suggestion in a timely 'material' disclosure rant ... it should be noted that companies are prefectly within the disclosure rules to hold onto 'material' information when they are in the midst of major negotiations in a business/company altering deal.

I have no direct or indirect knowledge that the suggestion I am making is a reality ... however ... it makes perfect sense to me that it is the case ... especially when reviewing Mike Macleods 'limited' guidance the other week.

Mike spoke about a potential partners priorities ... and the companies programs being shaped by those priorities if a deal is successfully closed.

The question arose in my mind ... what priorities other than the obvious development of TetraTech recommendations.

Well ... I suppose one possibility is a battery related 'player' ... reviewing battery powder analysis during NDA due diligence protocols ... inking a deal which based on the powder analysis ... would have them priorotize efforts into fast tracking efforts ... dare say revolutionizing the quality of product available today ... this being the step out to a second phase of partnership which would take the TetraTech report and develop its recommendations in a comprehensive feasibility report inclusive of all value added opportunities ... battery powders being key as the quality is like none produced or seen in todays industry.

NDA and battery powder analysis ... I would suggest discussions are inclusive of powder analysis.
