No response from IR

I find it currious that Investor Relations won't respond to my email I sent over a week ago asking for basic information.  Why the secrecy?  A simple answer like, wait for our quarterly results would have satisfied me but not even a peep.  Its like a dead calm with the company.  I hope something impressive is brewing.
