RE: Reality hurts

RE: Reality hurts

The death of a thousand cuts, lol (or 222 late SEDI filings of MSQ stock transactions by the Kid).

Now the full message will get out as well as all the facts about the current managements tactics and waste of money.

Aweel, I for one will be anxiously awaiting some hard facts about the Kid.

Is he still on the payroll ("...a reduction in the management personnel of the company's wholly owned subsidiary Kirkness Diamond Drilling Co. Inc..." doesn't shed much light on the real facts. If he was only demoted from a SEDI-reporting acting president to a non-SEDI-reporting tool push, still at $120,000 per year plus perks, then he's still on the payroll, right)?

How was that $220,611 amount receivable owed by Kyle McClay to MSQ (shown on the December 31, 2011, financials) repaid? Was it in cash or in kind (maybe a bonus for a "smashing success", or some sort of write-down)? If he was terminated by MSQ's Kirkness, what was his severence package and what did it cost MSQ shareholders?

Just love those 222 late-filed SEDI filings. Methinks they're gonna bite, big time (more to come on this, lol).

Revenge is best eaten cold (is 10 years cold enough).

Boot out the deadwood and then, dear God, $5 bucks by Xmas, 2013, please, please, please.
