The issue for some WestFire shareholders in my opinion is they disagree with the merger as the BEST option to increase WFE price ..I think that Sprott believes the merger is the best for them because they own both companies..I do not ..I own WFE...the share price for WFE on Aug8 was $4.65 with a stellar Q2 result that probably puts the price up into the 5 somethings and then let the growth and production run and build quarter after quarter... and a year from now WFE would reflect the value because they would have the growth.. and continued cashflow..I am not a short term investor either and I was planning to hold WFE for 3-5 years and let them grow and build..if they could not get a takeover now I was very comfortable holding this stock and letting it grow and get a takeover a year from now...the difference is...Sprott pushed for merger in their best interest and not for all shareholders interest ...I would be much more content owning WFE sole at $5 ( my estimate with the Q2 great result) than the current $4 because of the merger announcement...I do not think that owning GO in the merger is going to be beneficial to me as a shareholder rather than just owning WFE....as always..time will tell...BB28
