Thanks for the info arch12 ! Obvioulsy, the ideal picture would be a new railroad line. I am not a specialist in railroad construction but I think buiding this new CN railroad will take a looooooooong time. That's why I believe it would be better for CHM to try and reach an agreement and link with the existing railroad systems than wait for the CN project.  JMHO and GLTA  !!!
