Lunderk re: Goodman

Lunderk re: Goodman

Lunderk, call Good legal.  Good did not sign up with the dissidents.  Good dislikes controversy, losing money in proxy battles, sludge matches that cost dough, and the cost of replacing the board and management, the cost of the new board and management, (everyone knows the new guys will fill their pockets) and being able to sell the company anywhere near the real price will turn off the new owners of Good being Scotia Bank.  Scotia Banks motto is "your richer than you think".  The dissidents motto is "bend over and prepare for fish sticks".

Phone Rothschild.  They did not take the file as a bluff nor due they lack the respect of Good.  Rothschild knows the best and most efficient way to sell the co. is with the current team.  Good knows that as well.

It was Cutthepotato that said there are 74 Million shares out fully diluted so 37.1 Million is need to guarantee the meeting.  Good has under 11 Million so the dissidents need 26 Million.  Good Luck Sabatoor
