RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: USA - Is it me or is it Bu tahoma, you said: "....choices are sell and buy something else or initiate proxy fight...."
You might want to give that advice to Eric Sprott...(owner of 12% of new Company). Somehow I do not think he would agree with you.
He certainly did not sell any of his shares. In fact he did not sell any of his US Silver and RX shares. He also did not initiate a proxy fight. And yes, there were Directors legally removed.
We now know he was not happy with Management - Directors. (check news releases and TV interviews).
And he certainly did not like the direction US Silver was heading and he initiated the combination transaction. Board members were removed and replaced with others...Management of new Company revamped. Executive option plan for 2012 was also not presented...Also cost cutting plans has now been initiated by Company; one head office closed. Development ramped up and fought Hecla takeover attempt.
So why did Eric Sprott not sell his shares? If you can answer that question than you will know why I am holding on to my shares.
Like I mentioned before, if there is a proxy fight it will not be initiated by me...it would be someone with $millions at risk.
