What most are not seeing is that regardless of the strategic alternatives process WFE shares were at or close to 4.75 before the takeover announcement; that plus the press release of Q2 results would have taken the price close to or above 5.

But the interest of one shareholder is above the interest of the rest; I'm talking Sprott here. They were not interested in taking WFE stock higher or having the company grow with the proven magament and technology.

They are interested in having control over two entities at once and having a management they can totally control.

Calgary businesses are being taken over by greedy "wall street wannabees" from Toronto.
