RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Crowdsourcing - Document Prepa And yes, I realize that I am not pleased with their way of going about this because it puts what I own at stake.
Would you be upset if someone stole a million dollars from you? What if that was ALL you had?
How do you expect me to react? They just did JUST that. They are STEALING my retirement and the retirement of anyone who used to own this stock!
The MTN's with the help of Management just stole millions of dollars from me, and the rest of anyone who owns equity. That's what this proposal is and then they are calling people who aren't sure what they are doing and asking them to VOTE for it!!!
They tried to convince my grandma to vote for it! She doesn't know what she's doing. Talk about suspect. I don't care if managment supports it. I think that whoever supports stupid decisions should lose their decision making power.
That said, I realize that in order to be convincing you need to approach the situation from the perspective of How to win friends and influence people by dale carnegie as well as be perceived as rational and use points that most people agree with.
That's why I am crowdsourcing this, because I think that if everyone helps out a little bit, then we'll end up with something that is pretty remarkable.
I'm a fan of being brutally honest. The goal is to end up with a influential document that changes the course of this recapitalization.
