The gold explorer stocks will move when the technical signals get triggered and the hedge funds come back in to both cover shorts and go long . The majority of big traders have been convinced that gold is a bubble and is going down but It is probably just a major correction  as happened in the 70's before the major move up to much higher highs. We are seasonally in the sweet spot and technically gold is showing some strength so now is probably a good time to accumulate which I have been doing. When the juniors do start to move it can happen very fast 30 - 40 percent in a matter of weeks. No guarantees just my experienced opinion.
