From my conversation with Nick there is no plan B and if the IMC deals does not go ahead Woulfe has almost no money left. The debenture deal is dead because of the delay with IMC

On good side they are getting enough from the bank and hopefully IMC to pay for the project without further financing (ie dilution).

Basiclly if the deal does not go ahead the stock will plummet and you will see someone offering to buy them out at a very very cheap price. That is why I don't see anything happening before IMC decides what they are doing. Let's hope for all the shareholders that this will be soon , if not we may be running out of time.
