The fact that so many of the stocks I own have a very small or nonexistent short positions leads me to believe that we are at or near bottom in the market. In other words it seems very few traders are willing to bet that stocks will fall even further from their current values.Combine this with the end of the summer, expected good news for EPO and we could have a very profitable gain starting in the fall.
